2.      Free shipping world wide to most countries for most products. For some items in this store in certain countries, KuyaShop may contact you for added shipping expense or KuyaShop has the right to cancel your order.  There can be some shipping exclusions in Africa ,Europe, Middle East and/or countries with trade embargoes or economic sanctions.

3.      Buyer is responsible for any import tax duties such as VAT, GST,PST , KuyaShop will not be  liable for any postage fees for any returned items from customs.

4.      Shipping times and the estimated time of delivery is the time it takes for items to be processed, packaged then posted, and delivered. The actual delivery of your order can be affected due to many external events beyond KuyaShop’s control once it leaves our storage facilities and in the hands of couriers and 3rd party delivery services, KuyaShop cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure you receive your item.

5.      There may be unlikely events when KuyaShop confirms your order but subsequently, due to an error in the system, it cannot supply the ordered product that is shown in stock. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, KuyaShop will contact you at your given email address to cancel the order and refund purchase prices in full.

6.      Shipping and delivery times are calculated in business hours/days from Monday to Friday. In case of major holidays such as Christmas, Thanks Giving, New Year, Lunar New Year, Ramadan, Diwali, and others; please allow extra delivery time.

7.      KuyaShop ships packages from around the world, our items are stored in warehouses located in Australia, China, United States, Europe and operate return addresses to Australia or China. As soon as an item is packaged and available for shipment we send the item as soon as possible so varied and multiple orders items cannot be guaranteed that all items will arrive at the same time due to items being stored in different warehouses.

8.      Please double check your shipping/billing address. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. KuyaShop cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and KuyaShop cannot be made liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses given by the customer.

9.      Furthermore, KuyaShop will not accept responsibility or liability for lost or returned items due to:

-Refused

-Not located at the address provided
-Unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
-Theft i.e After delivery, your item was delivered on your premises but was taken by theft or by fraudulent persons. 

10.    Kuyashop ships globally with exceptions to countries with trade embargoes and economic sanctions.

11.    Efforts are made to guarantee the accuracy of the product description, stock, specifications, and pricing there may be events where errors arise. Should such a situation occur KuyaShop.com cannot fulfill nor accept your order. In the event of an error in our system, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed on the KuyaShop.com store is to be considered as an “invitation to treat”, not as a confirmed offer for sale nor it is a legally binding sale. The contract is confirmed upon the supply of goods.

12.    Particular demand and/or supply constraints of some of our products shown, KuyaShop may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. KuyaShop reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.

13.    We try in good faith to be as precise as possible; we do not claim those product descriptions or other content is perfect, complete, reliable, nor error-free. From time to time there may be information on KuyaShop that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise noted, prices advertised on this site include standard international shipping. The prices do not include import tax and duties, should your package become examined and deemed taxable by your local customs.

 Returns and Warranty policies 

1.      When you are not completely satisfied with the item, you have within thirty days to request for exchange or refund. The returns process will start as soon as the returned, item has arrived and is received by us. Items must be in the original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, instruction manuals, accessories, and documents provided by the manufacturer, items with missing contents will be charged with restocking fee and will only be provided a partial refund for restocking fee.

2.      Acceptable reasons for returns are because of an item being damaged to an item during transit, the product is defective, it does not suit your purpose e.g. the item does not fit your requirements.

3.      The 30-day money-back guarantees the quality of the received item or product. We do not accept returns because of these reasons: change of mind, you later saw a cheaper price, the item you purchased was not on sale and then now it’s cheaper and on discount, so you want to return it and then purchase it again on discount.

4.      It is also possible for the packaging of the item to be slightly damaged during transit as the items are required to travel for great distances. It is not ideal that items be returned due to packaging and original boxes being damaged while the product is still undamaged and fully functional or operational. We can arrange a partial refund for the cost of the original box. You can still choose to return the entire item for a full refund but the return postage will be at your expense.

5.      You must contact us for a return number to proceed before shipping the item back to us.

6.      If a product is defective the buyer must provide sufficient evidence that the product is faulty during the return request. If the product arrived damaged due to transit and no longer operational then you must immediately report and send evidence to request a return. We do not accept returns, for user caused damages, so failure to provide sufficient evidence promptly or a timely manner may not merit a refund.

7.      If the product does not suit the customer’s purpose, the buyer must provide evidence of why this is so.

8.      If products are altered or modified, 1-year warranty and/or 30-day money-back guarantee is void and invalid. DO NOT REMOVE guarantee or warranty stickers on any of the devices.

9.      Shipping back to KuyaShop.com for returns is paid for by the customer. We are not liable for your postal return fees. It is recommended that you fully insure the package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with proof of identity such as signatures on arrival. KuyaShop will not be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit.

10.    Product or items returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be refunded or replaced but returned to the customers with a shipment fee.

11.    If you do not receive the products ordered after 8 weeks, please contact us and we can arrange a full refund or resend for items less than $100. Any items greater or equal than $100 buyer is responsible or their own arranging freight insurance for lost or damage cover.

12.    In the unlikely event that the product arrives much later, after the refund please contact us immediately. Late delivery does not warrant free items. You are required to pay for the item again or return the item and KuyaShop will cover half of the shipping expenses.

13.    KuyaShop.com covers all shipping for returning incorrectly shipped items given that you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving the item.

14.    One Year Warranty Policy (Only applies to new products, refurbished and used products are given 30 days guarantee).
-Refunds will not be normally offered on warranty requests, only item replacement is normally offered. Unless the product is discontinued and a new supply is no longer available.
-KuyaShop will only offer 1 maximum replacement then if a product fails a second time, it is possible that the product does not fit the user requirements and a refund will be offered.
-No replacements on battery de-rating, All batteries degrade over time.
-No replacements on products with user caused malfunctions.
-No replacements if products have any water damage. Water damage claims on products with water resistance ratings must be taken directly to the manufacturer. This is user caused damage and cannot verify if the product was not exposed outside the manufacturer’s specified ratings.
-No replacements if the product has any physical damage.
-Must provide evidence that the exact product was purchased from this store within 12 months.

15.    Any attempts of fraud and / or theft will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted
